Offshore Services

Sunrise provides specialist marine and offshore installation services to suit marine environments, supported by extensive in-house design and fabrication capabilities. Sunrise can provide GRE installation services to a wide range of systems including:
Sunrise can supply and install NOV GRE pipe systems to the offshore markets. We work Closely with NOV Fiber Glass Systems (FGS) who are worldwide leaders in the GRE Industry. Sunrise design and builds high performance pipe and fittings systems specifically for the requirements pertaining to offshore piping. Compliance with and participation in the development of industry standards by IMO, ABS, USCG, LR and others have positioned FGS as the leading supplier of marine-grade fiberglass pipe. Design variations include elevated external pressure resistance (for in-tank piping), electrical conductivity (for areas designated as hazardous), low smoke and toxicity (for confined spaces and passageways) and fire endurance.
Full Engineering support is available for system design, stress analysis, material take off and spool pre-fabrication, where value is added in doing so.
Our multi-disciplinary activities focus on the following areas:
Sunrise works with NOV in supplying GRE pipes to provide a cost-effective composite installation and repair solutions for ageing offshore piping and pipelines that are affected by corrosion. Our workforce includes multi-skilled and approved Bonders / QA Supervision meeting ISO 14692 requirements. Our team can perform a wide range of complex tasks safely and efficient, thus keeping on board personnel to a minimum.
NOV Fiberglass Systems (FGS) products have been developed to meet the demanding requirements and regulations associated with the Offshore market, whether on fixed, floating, ship shaped or custom designed facilities. Exposure to the corrosive sea environment, as well various grades of water being conveyed inside the pipe, makes FGS the product supplier of choice for a wide variety of systems from Fire protection to Deck drains.
Sunrise personnel work closely with project engineers, owners and yards to provide the products and services needed for success. Product variations are available where specific demands require properties such as vacuum or external pressure resistance, electrical conductivity or fire endurance, even to the level of resisting exposure to jet fire.
